Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase

1. Refund Overview

At Kitsune Pixels, we stand behind the quality of our products. We offer refunds exclusively for items with manufacturing defects. Our refund policy is designed to ensure that you receive products that meet our high-quality standards.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are ONLY available for products with manufacturing defects.

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the goods
  • Product must have a manufacturing defect or fault
  • Proof of purchase must be provided
  • Original packaging must be included - Product must be returned in its original box and packaging materials
  • All accessories must be included - Charging cables, HDMI cables, documentation, carrying case, and all other original accessories
  • Same condition as received - Packaging and accessories must be in the same quality and condition as when you received them
  • Product must be inspected at delivery - By accepting delivery, you confirm you have inspected the product and packaging for any visible defects or damage

Manufacturing defects include:

  • Hardware malfunctions present at time of delivery
  • Defective components that affect product functionality
  • Manufacturing flaws in materials or assembly
  • Products that fail to operate as specified due to factory defects

3. Non-Refundable Items & Situations

The following items and situations are ineligible for refunds:

  • Orders placed mistakenly - Please verify your order before completing purchase
  • Goods damaged by customers - Damage caused after delivery, misuse, accidents, or improper handling
  • Change of mind - Personal preference changes or buyer's remorse
  • Clearance or final sale items marked as non-returnable
  • Items purchased from third-party retailers
  • Items damaged due to user error or misuse
  • Items without proof of purchase or original invoice
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital products or software licenses
  • Items with broken or removed manufacturer seals (unless seal was defective)
  • Items purchased by a third party (warranty is non-transferable)
  • Items returned after 7 days of receiving the goods

4. Refund Process

Step 1: Request Authorization

Contact our customer support team at pixelskitsune@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Provide photos of the item if needed.

Step 2: Return Authorization

Once approved, you will receive a return authorization number and instructions for returning the item. Keep this number for reference.

Step 3: Ship the Item

Ship the item to the provided return address with appropriate packaging and insurance. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

Step 4: Inspection & Approval

Upon receipt, we will inspect the item to verify it meets our refund conditions. This process typically takes 5-7 business days.

Step 5: Refund Issued

Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

5. Refund Amount

Refunds will include the purchase price of the item. The following are deducted from your refund:

  • Original return shipping cost (if applicable)
  • Any promotional discounts applied to your order
  • Custom or expedited shipping charges (non-refundable)

Note: Refund amounts are calculated in your original currency.

6. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.

7. Defective Products

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods with photos and details. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you, including return shipping. Manufacturing defects are the ONLY valid reason for refunds.

8. Exchanges

Exchanges are ONLY available for products with manufacturing defects. We do not offer exchanges for different sizes, colors, variants, or customer preference. If you receive a defective product, contact us within 7 days with proof of the manufacturing defect and we will provide a replacement if available.
