Returns & Exchanges

Hassle-free returns process - we stand behind our products

Return Process

Returning your console is simple and straightforward. Follow these steps to get started:

Contact Support

Email our support team at pixelskitsune@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll review your request and provide guidance.

Get Return Authorization

Once approved, you'll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label. Keep this number for tracking purposes.

Prepare Your Package

Pack the console securely with all original accessories in the original packaging if possible. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Ship It Back

Use the prepaid shipping label to send your package to our returns center. We recommend using a tracked shipping method for peace of mind.

We Inspect & Process

Upon arrival, we'll inspect the console to verify its condition. This typically takes 5-7 business days. We'll update you via email with the status.

Receive Your Return

Once approved, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

Valid Return Reasons

Manufacturing Defects ONLY

Refunds are ONLY available for products with manufacturing defects. If your console has hardware defects present at delivery, contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods with details and photos. We'll replace it or issue a full refund.

NOT Eligible: Mistaken Orders

We do NOT refund orders placed mistakenly. Please verify your order carefully before completing your purchase. Double-check model, color, and specifications.

NOT Eligible: Customer Damage

We do NOT refund goods damaged by customers after delivery. This includes damage from misuse, accidents, drops, liquid damage, or improper handling.

NOT Eligible: Change of Mind

We do NOT refund products due to buyer's remorse or change of mind. Please ensure you want the product before purchasing. No exceptions.

Return Conditions & Requirements

To ensure a smooth return process, please ensure your console meets the following conditions:

Manufacturing Defect Required

Returns are ONLY accepted for products with manufacturing defects. Defects must be present at time of delivery and not caused by customer use or damage.

7-Day Window from Receipt

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the goods. This is calculated from your delivery date, not purchase date. After 7 days, returns will not be accepted.

Original Packaging Required

Product must be returned in its original box and packaging materials. The packaging must be in the same condition as when you received it.

All Accessories Included

All original accessories must be included: charging cables, HDMI cables, documentation, carrying case, and any other items that came with your console. Accessories must be in the same condition as received.

Proof of Purchase Required

You must provide your order number or receipt. This helps us verify your purchase and process your return quickly and accurately.

No Mistaken Orders

We do not accept returns for orders placed mistakenly. Please carefully review your order before purchasing, including model, specifications, and quantity.

No Customer-Caused Damage

Items damaged after delivery are not eligible for return. This includes physical damage, water damage, or damage from misuse, drops, or accidents.

No Custom Modifications

Consoles that have been modified, jailbroken, or have custom firmware installed are not eligible for return. Standard firmware updates are acceptable.

Shipping & Costs

Return Shipping

For products with manufacturing defects, return shipping is FREE using the prepaid label we provide. Since we only accept returns for manufacturing defects, all approved returns include free return shipping.

No Restocking Fees for Defects

Products with manufacturing defects are refunded in full with no restocking fees. We stand behind the quality of our products and will make it right if you receive a defective item.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return for manufacturing defects, we'll process your refund within 5-10 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Exchanges

Exchanges are ONLY available for products with manufacturing defects. We do not offer exchanges for preference changes, mistaken orders, or customer-damaged items.

  • Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving the goods
  • Provide proof of manufacturing defect with photos and details
  • We'll verify the defect and provide a replacement if available
  • Return shipping is free for all defective product exchanges
  • Your replacement ships out once we receive and verify the defect
